How it plays
One person must guess a secret word. Everyone else secretly writes a single clue word on their little board. The twist: identical clues are erased before the guesser sees them! Think originally and you help – write the obvious and you risk being canceled out.
What it trains
Just One activates vocabulary in a special way: the goal isn't the first association but the second or third – original, yet still understandable. That trains flexible word retrieval and judging what others are likely to think (theory of mind). Cooperative, warm, zero frustration.
